Anime series and dvds are rated on a five star system.
A = Excellent
= A-/B+ = Great
= B = Good
= B-/C+ = Average
= C = Below Average
= C-/D+ = Only watch if you have NOTHING better to do
= D = This sucks.
= D- = This sucks even more.
= F = Stay Away!
What is your comments policy?
A number of blog posts on Animetique allow for comments. I encourage discussions and spirited debates but please keep it clean, relevant, useful and friendly.
Here are some things that aren’t tolerated and other miscellaneous guidelines.
- Anonymous Posts: Anonymous and off-topic posts are deleted.
- Abusive and Inappropriate Comments: Comments that are abusive, offensive, rude or contain profane or racist material will be deleted.
- Deletion: I reserve the right to delete any comment I feel is inappropriate, off-topic, offensive, or irrelevant without explanation.
- Editing: I reserve the right to edit all comments for content, clarity, and length.
- Insults and Rude Language: Comments that insult the writer of the post, other commenters, other websites, etc. will be deleted.
- Ownership: The original post belongs to me. Comments belong to their respective commenters. I reserve the right to quote comments in part or in full.
- Reprints: Lengthy reprints of text or news articles will be deleted.
Can I use your content on my site?
Any original test on this website is copyrighted by Animetique.com under a Creative Commons License. That means you can use the reviews and writings of this site for your own non-commercial website as long as you provide a link back to Animetique.com on EVERY page you use our content (otherwise, it’s considered plagiarism. Stealing content without giving the author credit is extremely rude.)
Images of anime found within Animetique are copyrighted by their original creators. You can take whatever images you want – please just don’t hotlink from this website. Please upload them to your own server and host them yourself.
Do you accept guest posts/reviews?
Sometimes. Send us a sample of your writing through our contact form. If we like what you write, we may post it. For any reviews we do post, reviewers will receive a byline which links to their author biography and their website (if they have one). Aside from that, we don’t compensate authors for their reviews.
