Chloe

Chloe is another assassin who calls herself the True Noir because that is what is written in the book prophecizing the events that are unfolding. She also appears to have connections to Soldats.

Kirika

Kirika awoke in a room one day with no memory. All documents on her were fakes as was any information about her family. The only thing she remembers is that she is Noir, and her only clue to her past is a musical pocketwatch and that she can kill in cold blood without emotion.

Mireille

Mireille lives in France and is the assassin known as 'Noir.' She has worked alone until Kirika contacts her. Mireille is haunted by the music of Kirika's pocketwatch and of flashbacks of a traumatic event in her childhood.
