Éclair

Eclair is one of the most powerful cyborgs in the galaxy, although her power is kept in check with a limiter. When she puts on lipstick, she has a difficult time controlling her powers. She tends to be very innocent and childlike, ready to accomplish her mission and in general, do a good job.

GOTT Commander Eclipse

Eclipse oversees GOTT and hands out missions to the ES members. She's one of those people who only tells what absolutely needs to be known to get the job done and tends to keep much information to herself.

Inspector Armblast (Armbrust?)

Armblast is a member of the Galactic Union government, a client of GOTT. He accompanies Éclair and Lumiere on several missions, but seems to have his own interests in mind.

Lumiere

Lumiere is Eclair's partner in GOTT and can hack and take control of just about any piece of machinery from ships to secret information. She tends to be more laid back than Eclair and in some ways, more mature.
